Fred’s Big Run is a free, virtual fitness challenge during the month of August.

Improve your health while helping to restore sight to those suffering with avoidable blindness.

9 out of 10 people who are blind or vision impaired dont need to be. You can restore sight for as little as $25 in some countries.

This free app allows you to keep track of the kilometres you complete and allows you to share your efforts with your team, family, or friends. The Freds Big Run app keeps you virtually connected with others completing the challenge.

Sign up to Fred’s Big Run, download the APP and you are ready to step up to restore sight.

Start the app for each run, walk, swim or cycle and stop after you have completed your exercise.

Sync your account with the Health app (HealthKit) to read and track your activity data and calculate your leaderboard score.
